Dear Clients and Business Partners,
In the current climate of exceptional
rigid measures being undertaken throughout Europe in an effort to contain the
spread of the Coronavirus, we would like to inform you of the actions we are
taking within Genillard & Co and how this affects our business
communications and activities with you in the coming weeks and possibly months.
As you would expect, we fully endorse and are complying with the measures put
in place by the public authorities in Germany in order to protect the health
and wellbeing of our employees, our clients and our business partners.
With effect from Monday 16th March 2020 therefore, our employees are working in home office mode in and around Munich. Additionally, we are not undertaking any international or national business travel nor are we able to attend any face to face business meetings in our office or at other premises. However, we are well equipped to conduct our business communications via telephone, videoconferences such as Zoom and other mediums necessary.
Therefore, you have our full
commitment that our business relationship with you and your organisation is set
to be able to continue as usual, whilst accommodating the necessary
restrictions to our physical movements.
Please rest assured that even if the exceptional situation needs to be
prolonged, we will reliably endeavour to conduct our business with a continued
scrupulous focus on service, quality and professionalism.
Please do not hesitate to contact any member of the Genillard & Co team with
questions, feedback or any specific requirements you may have.
We look forward to continuing to be engaged in dialogues with you and sincerely
wish you, your families and colleagues a healthy and positive outlook.
Thank you for your support and with kind regards,
Christopher Genillard, Thomas Diesinger and Claudia Duggal
