We hereby announce a change in the company’s management:
Mr Christopher Genillard, founder and long-standing managing director, has retired from his active role as managing director on 5 December 2025. With his vision and tireless dedication, he has shaped Genillard & Co. GmbH from its founding to its current successful position in the market. We would like to express our sincere thanks to him for his extraordinary achievements and his unfailing commitment.
With immediate effect, Mr Thomas Diesinger, who has been part of the company’s management for many years, will take over the entire management of the company. As sole managing director, he will ensure continuity while also providing new impetus to drive forward the strategic development of the company.
With this generational change, Genillard & Co. GmbH combines tradition and future: the values of the founder remain firmly anchored, while we consistently focus on the challenges and opportunities of the coming years.
Christopher Genillard will continue to contribute his extensive expertise and experience as Senior Advisor to the HBC Group, which we are very pleased about.
We wish both Christopher and Thomas all the best for their future and every success in their new roles.
